I visited Norris Dam Cave on Nov.14 1998 with good friend Larry Johnson on our tour of obscure caves of (Barr). Though the map shows that the cave is very straight forward we did not find it to be that way at all. As a matter of fact the picture of Larry between the formations is about a far as we got. The map shows the passage to be 30ft high, it was not to be honest with you I'm not even sure if we were in the right cave. Although the description matched perfect about the entrance and the location the map is way off the cave we were in. However we enjoyed the cave. It was vandalized quite a bit, but the view from the entrance was one of a kind. Take a look for yourself note Norris Dam in the distance hence the cave name.
