Welcome to my stable!!
 It is located in half an hour's drive from Lexington, Kentucky.
 Our colors are bright blue, black and  purple.
 
 Here we breed, train and race Thoroughbred horses.
 We also board and look after other peoples horses if they
 wnat us to.  
 
 
 ABOUT KINGSLEY ACRES!!!!
 
 Our facilities include:
                        5 barns (Horses in training, main, mares, foaling, stallions)
                        The main barn includes apartments for rent, bar,
                        showers, stalls for non-racers, lounge and other things. eg. food
                        Three training ovals (grass, dirt, sand)
                        Four galloping lanes
                        Lots of beautiful riding trails
                        Wash bays for the horses
                        15 stallion paddocks
                        15 mares paddocks
                        10 yearling paddocks
                        15 paddocks for other horses
                        15 yards of you want your horse to be out but not out in a paddock 
                        2 20X40 exercise arenas (outside and inside)
                        1 steeplechasing exercise course
                        Indoor heating and cooling
                        An exercise pool for horses (heated in the cold)
                        There are also 25 stalls in each barn
                        The main barn has two levels with human facilities
                        on the top level and stalls, tack room, feed room and vet room
                        on the lower levels.
 BOARDING HORSES
 
 We offer boarding programs to anyone with horse that wants to board them at this stable.
 We will also train young Thoroughbreds to be racers or steeplechasers.
 We offer FREE transportation to any race that horses from this stable are entering.
 There is also a fully registered racetrack here that will be used to hold races at from time to time
 We offer three boarding programs and here they are:
 
 1.Program One
 We will totally take care of your horse, groom them once a day, wash them once a week,
 exercise them once every second day, turn them out in a paddock for 8hrs a day (weather permitting)
 and rug or de-rug them if it is hot or cold.
 The cost is $8.00 per day or $196.00 per month
 
 2.Program Two
 We will muck out your horse/s stable once a day, groom them once every second day,
 wash once every fortnight, exercise them once a week, turn them out in a paddock for 8hrs a day (weather permitting)
 and rug or de-rug if the weather is hot or cold.
 The cost is $6.00 per day or $172.00 per month
 
 3.Program Three
 We will muck out your horse/s stall once every second day, groom them once a fortnight,
 wash them once a month, exercise them lightly when we get a chance,
 turn them out for 8hrs a day and rug or de-rug if the weather is hot or cold.  
 The cost is $4.00 per day or $112.00 per month
 
 With all the boarding programs the boarders have full access to all our facilities
 If you want to board at the stable but aren't happy with part of the program it is open to negotiations.
 eg. Program 1. if you only want your horse exercised every forthnight.
 We also offer board for the horses owner if they want to live near their horse.   
 
 BOARDING PEOPLE
 Rooms have two single bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, veiw of horse paddocks and a lounge/living area.
 The cost to rent one is $15.00 per week.

 Your horses are very important to us and we have all the modern
 sercurity eqipment. Dogs patrol the stables at night as well as well 
 a watch guard. There are locks on all the stable doors as well as 
 padlocks on the stall doors. If you board here you will be given a 
 master key which will open all the padlocks. 
 We have main locks on the main stable doors with only two keys which
 are in the possesion of two very responsible people. The main gate also
 gets locked at night but opened at 2am.
 There are ALSO padlocks on all the paddock gates.
 If you board here you will get a key to the tack room and the stalls.
 I wish to assure you that all safety precausions are alreday being taken.
