Preparation
Put the grapes to soak in a little tepid water.
Mince the onion and brown it in the olive oil along with the garlic clove.
Add the anchovies fillets, the squeezed peeled tomatoes, adjust with salt and pepper and let the sauce cook, in a covered container, for about half an hour, mixing now and then.
Clean the broccoli, getting rid of the hardest ribs, wash them and cook them in salted water.
Drain when underdone, cut them in small pieces, add them to the sauce with the pine-seeds and the squeezed draisins.
Let the sauce flavour for about ten minutes more.
Boil Pasta, previously broken, in 4 litres (4.20 qts.), of salt water, drain it al dente, pour it in a rather deep plate and flavour with the broccoli sauce.
Mix, sprinkle with the sheep's cheese and serve at once.
