Preparation
Boil penne.
In the meanwhile, peel and squeeze the garlic.
Wash and dry the tomatoes, peel and cut into small cubes of ½ cm. (¼ inch).
Wash and dry the parsley leaves and mince finely.
Pour the olive oil in a large pan, add the garlic and brown 1 minute on the high flame.
Add the bacon cut in strips, lower the flame and brown until it becomes transparent.
Take off the garlic, add the vodka and let evaporate for 1 minute.
Add the tomatoes and flavour for 1 minute, salt and pepper.
Drain the penne, pour them in the pan and mix for 1 minute on the high flame.
Sprinkle with the minced parsley and serve.
TRICK: To easy peel the tomatoes, dive them in the boiling water for 30 seconds, before pouring the penne
