JV Coach, Special Teams Coach
Steve is in his fifth year with the Tigers and teaches Language Arts and
Math inthe Middle School. A graduate of Slippery Rock University
and
the University of Pittsburgh, he resides in Sewickley with his wife and
son Jake and daughter Bryn.
JERRY MacFARLAND - Team Trainer
STEVE
DISH - Varsity Volunteer Defensive Line Coach
Coach Dish is in his second season with the
Tigers.
He is a 1980 graduate of
Moon Area H.S. where he played FB/SS under Coach Cap. He was a SS
while playing at Bethany College. His experience includes
coaching
the
Defensive Line and Receivers at Bethany College and coaching the
Defensive
Backfield at West Liberty State College. He and his wife Dianne
have
two
children Jacob and Jennie.
BOB RAIHALL - 7th/8th Grade Team Assistant Coach

HALLOWICH - 9th Grade Team Head Coach

TODD - 9th Grade Assistant Coach
Coach Todd works with running backs and defensive
backs
as an assistant
coach in the ninth grade program. This is his sixth year
coaching.He
is
beginning his ninth year teaching Science at Moon Area H.S. Coach
Todd lives in Cranberry Towship with his wife Debbie , son Nathan, and
daughter Emma.
ANDREW
PARSHALL - 9th Grade Line Coach
Coach Parshall is in his second season with
the Tigers.
He teaches Physics at
Moon Area H.S. He is a 2000 graduate of Westminster College where he
was
a
3-year starter at offensive guard on the Titan offensive line.
JAMES
WINNER - 7th/8th Grade Head Coach
Coach Winner is in his third season as the
Head Coach
of Moon's Middle School
Football Program. A 1999 graduateof Duquesne University, he
played
wide
receiver for the Division 1-AA Dukes. After graduation, he taught
and coached in
the Tyrone Area School District. He currently teaches eight grade
English and
resides in North Hills.
MICHAEL
LUCAS - 7th/8th Grade Volunteer Assistant Coach
Coach Lucas is in his 2nd season with the Moon Middle
School Football program.
A 1999 graduate of Duquesne University, he played defensive back for
the
Dukes.
After graduation, he taught in the Avonworth School District and coached
football at his alma mater, North Catholic H.S.. He currently
teaches
seventh
grade Reading at Moon's Middle School and resides in North Hills.
PAUL
ZUPKE - 7th/8th Grade Volunteer Assistant Coach
Coach Zupke's responsibilities are coaching the wide
receivers, defensive
secondary and special teams. This is his third year coaching the
Middle
School Football Team. He and his wife Chris reside in Coraopolis.
JOHN
MOORES - Varsity Volunteer Kicking Coach
This is Coach Moores 3rd year with the
Tigers.
He was the Place Kicker and Punter
for the Golden Tornadoes of Geneva College (1986-1990). He holds
the school
record for the longest field goal in a game - 51 yards and was
All-Conference
Place
Kicker and Punter in 1988 and 1989 for NAIA District 18. John and
his wife Sandy
reside in Center Twp. with their two children , Caleb and Chloe.
TONY
GRECO - 7th/8th Grade Volunteer Assistant Coach
This is Coach Greco's first year with the Moon
Middle
School Team. He previously
served as an assisstant media relations director at Purdue University
and
the
University of Virginia where at both schools he promoted a combined 15
players to
all-conference honors. He was a public relations intern for the
Pittsburgh
Steelers
(1998-2000). A graduate of Univ. of Pittsburgh, he resides in
Robinson
Twp.
