Here's the deal. I'm not a Tshirt shop and have to order in your special shirts and items. For anything other than Tshirts, I need a minimum size order. This can involve a wait. We'll do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible! Unless you receive the wrong merchandise or defective merchandise, exchanges/refunds are probably not possible. But we do our best to make our customers happy! ;-) Payment can be via money order, check or sometimes Paypal (ask!) Before ordering, check to be sure if your design goes on light colors or on ALL colors. And please DO list second choice designs and colors as suppliers may run short. Feel free to indicate any other preferences ;-) I generally do not ship internationally except to Canada and have sent a few parcels overseas... so inquire! Payment is in US dollars only. US info: Most shipments go USPS. Insurance is optional-- it runs $1.70 up to $50; $2.30 up to $100; $3.35 up to $200, $4.20 for $300. Want tracking? Add 75 cents. Larger orders may go UPS or FedEx. Tshirts and totes ship for $5.25, add $3.00 for each additional. Heavyweight sweatshirts/ longsleeves/loungers ship for $8.00, add $4.00 for each additional. Combo order? $8.00 for sweatshirt shipping plus $3.00 for a tshirt, or tote. If 3X or larger, postage may be a tad more. If in doubt, email me! |
