1 | Cup | Chocolate Chips (Milk) | ||||||||||||
1/3 | Cup | Corn Syrup | (Light) | |||||||||||
1 | Tbs. | Butter | ||||||||||||
1/2 | Tsp. | Vanilla Extract | ||||||||||||
1/4 | Tsp. | Cinnamon | (Ground) | |||||||||||
4 | Cup | Cereal | (Honey Grahams) | |||||||||||
1.5 | Cup | Marshmallow (Miniatures) | ||||||||||||
Instructions: | ||||||||||||||
1. Grease square pan, 9" square inches. | ||||||||||||||
2. Mix chocolate chips, corn syrup, butter, vanilla and cinnamon in 3-quart casserole. | ||||||||||||||
3. Cover tightly and microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until boiling; stir. | ||||||||||||||
4. Fold in cereal until completely coated with chocolate. | ||||||||||||||
5. Fold in marshmallows. | ||||||||||||||
6. Press evenly into pan, using buttered back of spoon. | ||||||||||||||
7. Let stand about 1 hour or until cool. | ||||||||||||||
