Ingredients: | |||||||||||
4 | 1 Oz. Pkg. | Premelted Chocolate (Unsweetened) | |||||||||
1/4 | Cup | Butter | |||||||||
2 | Cup | Flour | (All Purpose) | ||||||||
2 | Tsp. | Baking Powder | |||||||||
1/2 | Tsp. | Salt | |||||||||
2 | Cup | Sugar | (Granulated) | ||||||||
3 | Each | Egg | |||||||||
1/2 | Cup | Walnuts | (Chopped) | ||||||||
Instructions: | |||||||||||
1. In large saucepan melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. | |||||||||||
2. Remove from heat and cool slightly. | |||||||||||
3. Stir in remaining ingredients and blend well. | |||||||||||
4. Shape into balls using rounded teaspoons for each. | |||||||||||
5. Chill at least 30 minutes (best overnight). | |||||||||||
6. Roll in XXX sugar and place on greased cookie sheets. | |||||||||||
