The Providence Hebrew Day School is a traditional Jewish school providing an outstanding
dual program of quality academics and exceptional Judaic and Hebrew studies. Our school's
educational program serves children from pre-school ages through eighth grade and we
welcome children from diverse Jewish backgrounds.
PHDS was founded in 1946 as a center of Jewish learning and today it continues to
provide its students with an educational experience grounded in the values of Torah
and Jewish tradition.
