I am very concerned with your satisfaction. If for whatever reason you do not like a page or two please do not hesitate to let me know. Once you receive your completed album you have 7 days to contact me concerning any changes you wish for me to make. I agree to completely redo a total of two pages that you are not happy with and, in addition, make adjustments to up to four pages. The customer will incur all return shipping costs.

Please understand that all efforts available will be made to ensure satisfaction of a completed album or page. Because this will be a custom and individualized service, a completed project cannot be returned for a refund.
