So its a new month and to kick it off I've finally posted my great website that I have spent hours and hours on. I'm nearly a day old right now and I've already discovered plenty about Neopia and how it is run.
I hope you like my site, I've done my best to make it readable, but I suppose I do waffle on - I'm such a chatterbox! My brother Azilain always tell me to 'turn my volume down'. I tell him I can't help it everything is just so bright and exciting, and so much fun. Its like in the song 'its a beautiful world' thats how I feel. Neopias lovely and I'm so lucky to live here with such a nice family!
I spent today shopping at first with my sister Aces for food, I managed to drag her into the Usuki shop in return for letting her manage to drag me into the beauty parlor. But to be honest I like it in there, I love all the colours and testing the make-up. I'm not really old enough to wear make up, but when I am I'm going to get loads! Unless you haven't already guessed I love Usukis. I got my first three yesturday from a friend who is moving from Neopia. They're so pretty!
My owner, Tansy, is about to drag me to play some great card games with her so i have to go! I'm gonna enter this website in for site of the day I think. It took ages to make you know! Anyway bye bye for now!

Hi my names Vicius_Delicius and I'm a very young and very unique ixi! In three words I'd say I'm Fun-loving, Trouble-making and Individualistic (if thats even a word)! Punktansy says I'm full of life, which can only be expected seeing as I'm so young! I go to Neopia Central School with my brother and sister. I'm quite smart for my age and manage well there. I don't really enjoy it though, but then again, who my age does? Even swotty Azilain prefers weekends!

have quite a few interests that I am really devoted to! These are :-
KISSUS - MY FLISHY!
This is my lovely petpet, Kissus. He is the best pet pet in the world because he's just like me! I only got him a few days ago, he was a gift from a friend of Punktansy! Thankyou so much by the way because I don't know what I'd do without him, he is always loads of fun to play with and he is very cheeky. He is the only petpet our family have, so my brother and sister play with him too, but I think he loves me the most! He enjoys bouncing around to punk music (he likes NOFX) and playing jokes on the rest of the family! He's so funny! And because he's a Flishy, he will always bring our family good luck, how cool is that!
USUKIS!

Usukis are the coolest things in the world! They're so great, really they are! At the moment I only have the three above, none of which are rare, but they are pretty and good to play with. There are plenty of Usukis to collect, with rarity indexs ranging from 40 to 99! My rarest is the Hawaiian Usuki Doll, which isn't very rare at all! I like Usukis so much because they is so much to do with them, there are so many things you can buy you'll never ever get bored! I love playing with their hair and dressing them up. I've given them all names because to me they are like little neopets! I try and make the names pretty and they have to suit the Usuki. Hopefully I will build up my collection gradually until I have all of them (I wish!)!
CHARITIES!
I consider myself a caring pet, especially when it comes charities around Neopia. There are so many disadvantage and unhappy neopets around, some even worse off than us (we certainly aren't rcih any way). They need your help and I do my best to help out in what I can.
POUND - The Pound is where neopets which for whatever reason, are abandoned by their owner and left to die. However you can adopt these poor souls for a small price. Me and Azilain, my brother were both born from an egg by Punktansy, however my lovely big sister Aceswilder was adopted from the pound and she's just so nice and kind that I feel I owe the pound a lot. We might adopt another poor pet sometime soon, if I could I'd take them all in!

SOUP KITCHEN - The soup kitchen is run by the wonderful soup faerie,who in a selfless act decided to feed the starving and needy of Neopia with her free food! She has lots of soup to choose from so even the poorest of pet get their favourite! She is also very clever as she knows exactly how many neopoints you have, anyone with over 750 isn't allowed any soup! Its run by donations to the money tree, so donate your free points there whenever you can!

MONEY TREE - The money tree, set in the heart of Neopia Central is where the rich give to the poor! Or they should anyway. If you are feeling very generous, all you have to do is donate an item or money and it'll be left underneath the tree ready for someone to pick it up and keep it as their own. I think this is a fantastic idea and everyone should donate now and again!

PUNKTANSY IN MY OWN WORDS
Punktansy is my owner and she is great to hang out with. She's just a teenager so she totally understands me and my brother and sister! She is a real neopet addict, as she been coming on it since 1999! However she usually ends up giving her accounts to friends after shes got them lots of money and stuff. She reassures me though she won't be giving us away. Phew. We live in a moderately sized house in Neopia. Punktansy isn't very rich or anything, far from it, but she does her best!
Her favourite colour is turquoise and her favourite food is spaghetti bolognase! She has a house in North England with her mum and another with her dad, a few miles away! She likes watching movies and socialising at weekends!
Punktansy, or Tansy, as I call her, has loads of interests and hobbies. But the main ones are:-
MANGA - Ok, maybe that makes her one of those geeky little manga girls, but she loves art to much to care. Her favourite manga artist the the fabulous Junko Mizuno! She drew all the manga on the page, including the picci above, which Tansy likes to think reminds everyone of her. Errr, yeah :| . She draws a lot of manga and we've got it dotted all over our house. I really like, but Azilain isn't so sure. I wish I could draw like that though, so Tansy is trying to teach me!
PUNK/ ROCK MUSIC - A love of mine also, Tansy got me into the alternative music scene from the second I heard some punk music! Her favourite bands are Rancid, NOFX, Alkaline Trio (who she's seeing live in September - and I can't come, its not fair), The Clash and The Vandals. She also likes rock music like Deftones, Korn, Marilyn Manson, Queens of the Stone Age and American Head Charge. I love the Punk scene because it makes you feel full of energy and happy when you listen to it, and the Rock because you can get all your anger and frustrations out just by sticking it in the stereo.
NOFX!
DRAMA - Yey! Who doesn't love drama? Its so expressive and fun!!! I love drama too! Tansy is in a drama group too, which she attends with friends. The last production they did was the Crucible, where she had a main part of Reverend Hale. It went down a storm and everyone said she was really good. I didn't see it but I can believe it because she does really well in drama at her school. I wish we did drama at school!

I have a normal sized family in a normal sized house. Unfortunately we aren't very normal our selves!
AZILAIN
Azilain is my big Bruce brother! He's very sweet natured and everyone who meets him thinks he's very cute, I can see why! He's quite shy and likes to keep to himself and read, however sometimes he will get a bit crazy and play-battle with me, but generally he just stays in his room with a book and his plushie collection. Its always fun arguing which is better, Plushies or Usukis with Azilain because he feels as strongly about his plushies as I do about my Usukis. He's very lucky though, because he's been collecting longer and even has some special and rare plushies! His favourite is his Pink Poogle. At school Azilain is a very good student and a bit of a teachers pet, but I still love him to peices. He's very sensible and you can always trust him, which makes him such a fantastic brother!
ACESWILDER
Aceswilder isn't my real sister, because we adopted her after she was abandoned at the pound. We very nearly got another pet instead, but I'm so glad we got Aces in the end because she is such a great sister! She is really cool and a real girls girl. She's much older than me so she knows all about things like fashion and boys and makeup tips. I think her website (when she can be bothered making it) is going to be all about fashion and make-up, or so she says. She really wants to enter the beauty contest, but she hasn't yet because its always been full. One day she'll get in though and I hope she wins because she's just so pretty. When Aces isn't reading up on the latest trends, she's shopping for them! Aces is really kind and will always do things if you ask, she also always plays Usukis with me because she likes their little accessories. I'm so happy she's my sister because no one in the world could compare to her!
FAMILY DAYS OUT AND HOLIDAYS
We try and go on day trips every week to a different part of Neopia. I've only ever been to Meridell, but we're going out next week so I'll try and post some pictures and write all about it in my journal!
