Welcome to Circle E Online !!

This website will include news and information about Circle E to help you plan your all season fun activities.

What is Circle E?

Circle E is an all seasons sports club that originated as a ski club.  Circle E serves to provide information about winter, spring, summer, and fall outdoor activities focused on skiing, snowboarding, and biking events.  Although any outdoor sporting event could become a Circle E activity.  Circle E members can be adults and children.

Circle E where E=m(ski)2
Formula for E equals m ski squared.

Originally Circle E served members in the Edgewater area.  But this has changed due to the electronic age.  Members can be from any where but most are located in the greater Pittsburgh area and Laurel Highlands.  Most activities will be located at the Seven Springs Ski Resort or depending on the activity at the outdoor location.  Circle E is a member of the Western Pennsylvania Ski Council (WPSC).  The WPSC is made up of sixteen clubs representing Western and Central Pennsylvania, Southwestern New York, Northern Maryland, Eastern Ohio, D.C., and Northern West Viginia.  Click here to go to the WPSC website.

No Membership Dues

Circle E currently does not require membership dues.  Instead events sponsored by the club will be paid for individually by those who participate in an event.

Electronic Monthly Newsletter

The Circle E newsletter is strictly an electronic email.  The Circle E newsletter is mailed monthly and is currently completely text based for those with slow internet connections.  Eventually the newletter may become a website.

Circle E welcomes ideas for fun activities.  Members who want to organize a Circle E event must provide the information at least 2 months before the event date so that it can be posted in the newsletter and folks get a chance to view their busy schedules.

Release

When participating in a Circle E sponsored or sanctioned event, you hereby agree to release Circle E Ski Club, its officers, directors, and/or activity leaders from any liability for injury or loss incurred by yourself or others during your participation in the event.
