A visit to Thessaloniki
On Wednesday the 4th, the c,d,e,st classes of our school visited Thessaloniki. Thessaloniki was and is one of the main places
related to our activities about the Comenius-Socrates programme. Our students had the chance to visit the walls of the castle
of '' Eptapyrgio '',(seven towers castle), the monastery of Vatopedio, the medieval church of Saint Demetrios and the ''White
Tower'' the ''trade mark'' of Thessaloniki.
Some classes also visited a photo exhibition of the evolution of the city
of Thessaloniki in the ''Tellogleion'' foundation in the region of the Aristoteleion University.
Book Exhibition at our school
From the 12th to the 14th of December,
a book exhibition will take place at the performance room of the school. The opening day will also be the day that
parents will meet with the teachers to be informed about the progress of the pupils for the first period (three months).

NO TO WAR, YES TO PEACE
The world wide demand for avoiding
a new war ( the same time that there are already many fire-places of war), sensitized the students and teachers of our school
to express their protest against the war preparations, the enforcement and domination of the powerful against the weaker,
the deprivation of human lives, the creation of misery, poverty, refugees, racism, deprivation of the human rights of every
single citizen of this planet. The right of every human being to live peacefully and looking for progress. Through these routes
of thinking and feeling, the children created works-symbols through their point of view.
