AARØCAB its mission under Army MARS, SHARES, and the American Red Cross during
disaster operations in and around Jackson and Josephine counties, Oregon.
You will find helpful information on disaster
preparedness and links to other Army MARS pages and Army MARS headquarters at Fort
Huachuca, AZ. it is our intention, to make those of you who are interested in such
matters, aware of what is going on in your state and local areas, by providing links
to the appropriate agencies in your area.
There are links here to up-to-date information on
weather, disaster readiness for you and your family and how to contact your local American
Red Cross Chapter. Please feel free to use any and all of this information as it
pertains to you.
AARØCAB has a sister station on the amateur radio
side with a call of KC7SKR. This station
too plays a large role in disaster operations for the people of the Rogue and Illinois
Valleys in Southwestern Oregon.
Uniformed Service Personnel and Civilian Employees
of the DOD can use the MARSGATE to
send personal messages to their loved ones via the MARS system via the MARSGRAM program
