"You drove THAT up here?"

Sometimes tourists do crazy things. Here is a picture of an Austrian couple who drove a rental car all the way to the mine.

The following photo shows what the old bridge looked like, before it deteriorated. Before it was torn down, I took to driving through the creek, because the holes got so big that you had to drive really fast to jump them. The Blue Ribbon Mine is on Gopher Mountain, which is the light green mountain on the far right in the photo.
