A painting that occured completely by chance when I had forgotten all my supplies on a painting workshop day in class has turned out rather well in the end. I began this painting (underpainting only) with a classmate's paint, borrowed brushes as well, and created the piece on a large shipping envelope. The image is one of Scott Anderson, vocalist for Canadian powerhouse, finger eleven. The original photo was one I took when the band played Summersault in August 2000. |
