Plate preparation and fabrication shops include an assembly hall equipped with 1500 Tonne roll / flanger, 500 Tonne gap press, 400 Tonne ship frame bender, 1:10 optical and numerical control gas cutting machines, semi-automatic welding machines, extensive manual metal arc and portable gas cutting equipment. Overhead travelling cranes from 15 to 50 Tonnes lifting capacity are also available.
Stock yard for raw steel material available adjacent to the plate shop, where shot blasting and shop priming are applied prior to fabrication. Steel plates and steel sections are all approved by renowned classification societies and certified accordingly
Furthermore a good number of auxiliary machines are available such as: Pedestal Drilling machines, furnaces, winches, jacks etc.,
