The Humane Society of Blooming Grove is a not for profit animal shelter located in Orange County, NY. We take both strays and surrendered pets. We have both purebreds and mixed breeds for adoption.
Our hours of operation are Mon-Fri 10 am - 3 pm Sat 10 am - 4 pm
Our fees are as follows:
Dogs less than 4 months $40
Dogs Over 4 months $55
Cats not spayed/neutuered $40
Cats spayed/neutered $40
The fee breakdowns are as follows:
$15 rabies
$15 adoption fee
$25 spay/neuter deposit(to be refunded with proof of spay/neutering within 6 months of adoption.
Puppies under 4 months do not have a rabies shot.
All dogs adopted must pay for a liscense.
We are near capacity, homes needed for all animals!
Volunteers welcome to walk the dogs, feed/clean, train.
