Chamberlain is the supreme lord of the Koga Ninja and is responsible for giving Hanza orders. He sees the ninja as totally useless.

Once he is told of what happened to them in the woods against Tessai. He sends Kagero out again to follow up on the story, but never shows any real interest of helping her.
