1 small cauliflower, cut in pieces
3 cups broccoli flowerets
2 cups cherry tomatoes, whole
3 carrots, cut in sticks
2 cups mushrooms, fresh or canned
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 cup Italian salad dressing

Put all vegetables into a container with a tight-fitting cover.
Pour dressing over this and chill several hours.
Turning container occasionally.
Drain and serve.
