4 tsp. minute gelatine1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 cups milk
2 cups cream, whipped
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine gelatin, sugar, and salt in saucepan.Add milk and heat over medium heat until gelatine is
dissolved, stirring constantly about 2-3 minutes.
Do not boil.
Chill.
When slightly thickened, fold in cream and vanilla.
When partially frozen, beat with rotary beater until fluffy.
Put in freezer until frozen.
