The Blooming Valley Volunteer Fire Department provides Fire, Rescue and EMS coverage to the residents of Blooming Valley Borough and parts of Randolph, Richmond and Woodcock Townships. These services are provided by the Department's approximate 30 active members. These members unselfishly give of their time and talents to save lives, protect property and help their fellow neighbors.
