The Best Bear Hunting In North America

There is a lot of introductory talk on this page but the following pages are loaded with photos.
Some bears of Western Canada exhibit a curiosity and aggressiveness that is lacking in bears whose home range is closer to populated areas.
Bluff charges, snapping jaws and even raking or climbing the tree that you are in, are all actions to be expected from western Canadian bears.

Gun or bow, spring or fall, bait or none. There is a lot of hype about "sure-fire" bear hunts and world class animals --- easy as pie!
But the truth is sometimes a sad, expensive and humiliating experience!

If you are serious about wanting to take a trophy quality bear then you have nothing to lose by (at least) looking into taking a hunt at a place where I have gone seven times. Each and every hunt was paid for in total by me --- I had no freebies and no financial interest in the outfitters business.
I will tell you that myself and my friends who have experienced this unique combination hunt have returned home unanimously agreeing that it was the best and most enjoyable hunting experience of any hunt we've ever had --- anywhere!
That is an easy statement to make if your hunting experience is limited, so let me explain that I have been on guided hunts in; Montana, Maine, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, New Zealand and Texas. I've also done self-guided hunts in other states, so I do have comparative experience.

What to expect:

Color phase bears, large numbers of mature bears, great fishing within walking distance of your bunk house, super grouse hunting, fall goose and duck hunting in with the bear hunts, unlimited amounts of wonderful food and companionship, true wilderness where I have never encountered another hunter or fisherman in any season at any time. And cost that is reasonable and very competitive by comparison.
