How I got my name: I thought Kain sounded cool, and the Demon Hunter part came from Sid in "The Puppet Show". As for the sword I always put at the end of a post, I just thought it would be more interesting than putting my name at the end instead. 
When I started posting: The day after "The Puppet Show" first aired in season 1. I had been going to an evening computer lab at a school near my house, since I didn't have the internet at home yet. Back then, my name was The Master, but I thought I should change it after he was dusted.

Stuff about you: I'm 22. I live on my own, working for a newspaper. I'm a
very athletic and into basketball and baseball. I love to dabble in Earth magic and I'm a believer of almost anything. I love to read (mostly historical books and classics). What episode got you hooked on Buffy and why: When She Was Bad. Although I was a fan of the movie, I had my doubts about the TV series, so I didn't watch Buffy's first season.  However I did watch the premiere of the second season and have been hooked since then.  WSWB had everything: Drama, comedy, horror, romance, and action--I loved it! And lucky for me there were first season reruns the next summer.

Best fight scene: Buffy and Faith in Graduation.
Favourite verbal exchange: Cordelia: "You're really campaigning for bitch of the year, aren't you?" Buffy: "As defending champion, you nervous?"

Stuff about you: Let's see...I'm in my early twenties and hopefully sometime in the near future I'll be starting my freshman year of law school.  Have lived in northern California for more than half of my life.  I'm a military brat, so before that I lived in Europe and Asia.  I really love the music that has appeared on Buffy, hence my founding of Impatient for a Sountrack (IFS).  Four Star Mary is one of my absolute favorite bands!  I also really like K's Choice, Naked, Dashboard Prophets, Gingersol, Cibo Matto, Morcheeba, Darling Violetta, Velvet Chain, Lotion, etc.
