In 1989 the second set of dolls came out.
Each set included the following:
* Dress
* Some came with aprons
* Hat w/ribbon tie that can also be used as a cake for the dolls - and also a bracelet for you!
* cupcakes(shaped different from 1st year muffins, these are flatter) & pan
* comb(usually the same color as doll's shoes or muffin pan)
* Scratch-N-Sniff Recipe Card
* Insert showing dolls, playsets, minis & fashions

There were 6 dolls in this set unlike the first and last sets which had 5. Also there are no little friends in this set.
Instead the dolls came with a cake shaped hat that could be used as 3 things - Hat - Cake for the dolls to eat - and a Bracelet for you to wear!

* Doll: Long yellow-blonde crimped hair, bright blue eyes & light pink shoes
* Hat: Pink cupcake in white wrapper w/white frosting w/sprinkles, big cherry on top; lt.pink ribbon
* Dress: bodice is white w/hot pink designs, sleeves & skirt are hot pink w/white dots, skirt trimmed in lace & irredescent ruffle, yellow/pink muffin button
* Apron: shiny white irredescent apron w/pink sparkle ribbon & lace trim

* Doll: ash-blonde curly hair, pastel green eyes & really light pink shoes
* Hat: Round white cake w/pink & green candy roses around it, yellow trim (looks like a punch bowl upside-down) & pink ribbon
* Dress: cute pastel flowered dress w/pink bow at waist, yellow/green muffin button

* Dress: (same style as Penny's dress but white w/purple, pink & yellow dots on sleeves & skirt, skirt trimmed in lace & irredescent ruffle, pink/yellow muffin button
* Apron: purple w/white dots trimmed in white lace, yellow ribbon tie
* Red cupcakes in a purple pan

* Doll: Brown long curly hair(parted in middle), green eyes & hot pink shoes
* Hat: chocolate cake w/white frosting, green ribbon around base, chocolate chips on top(in a circle) with a gumdrop or cherry? in the middle.
* Dress: cute brown dress(same style as Lily's) in pink rosebud print; pink lapel trimmed in lace & irredescent ruffle, pink bodice & pink ruffle at bottom of dress, light green bow at waist, dk.brown/white muffin button
NO APRON

* Doll: strawberry blonde curly hair w/pigtail in ringlets on top(I have seen a few dolls that do not have the ringlets!), deep blue eyes & can be found with either cherry red or hot pink shoes
* Hat: Big red/white striped donut or bundt cake? on a yellow platter; red ribbon (ponytail goes through hole in hat)
* Dress: Red/white striped sleeves & skirt; shiny white bodice, skirt trimmed in lace & irredescent ruffle, yellow/pink muffin button
* Apron: white w/red dots trimmed in white lace, red ribbon tie
* White muffins in a hot pink pan
* Recipe Card for "Pink 'n Pretty Peppermint Ice Cream" * comb: cherry red

* Doll: Black girl w/long curly black hair, brown? eyes & yellow shoes
* Hat: lavender & yellow cake(need better description!)
* Dress: lavender with white dots?___(dress style is either Cherry's or Lily's)
