3 lbs beef fillet
Bacon
oil
salt
pepper
flour

Remove all skin, fat and ligament. Oil the outsides and rub with salt and pepper. Dredge with flour and wrap in slices of bacon. Place in small baking pan. Bake in a slow oven at 300F until meat is cooked to your taste. Serve hot on a bed of cooked rice with sprig of parsley.
