PATRIOTS AND TYRANTS
PATRIOTS AND TYRANTS;

STOLEN LIBERTIES

OVERVIEW

NEW WORLD ORDER, GLOBAL CURRENCY, ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT.
The words scream out at us almost daily from the newspapers, telling us that all our problems will be solved when these things come to pass.
It all sounds good. Too good.
But suppose it’s not good. Suppose it’s instead the worst mistake we ever make as Americans to buy into this way of thinking.
Unfortunately, it is one experiment that we can’t simply sample for a while and if it isn’t to our liking we can switch back later.
It is similar to the American Revolution. Once we begin the journey, there will be no turning back.
Patriots and Tyrants is a gripping look at what America would be like if the experiment was a complete failure.
Set in the present time, the story chronicles the struggles that would be faced by the average American who is forced to live in a society where the simple freedoms and morals we live with every day, are stripped away and replaced by rules and regulations that are not easy to understand, and even harder to live by.
Robert Francis, the central character in this book, is a journalist. He makes his living putting his thoughts down on paper, and in his spare time, he enjoys hunting and collecting guns.
One day while hunting, he sees something the government doesn’t want him to see, and when he questions the authorities about it, he sets off a chain of events that leaves him running for his life.
Alone, scared, and hiding out from the authorities, he turns to a casual acquaintance for help.
Risking everything he owns, the stranger, Silas McAden, helps Robert hide from his enemies, thereby putting him in the same predicament as his benefactor.
As the New World Order starts taking shape across America and foreign troops start to spill across the land, these two form a friendship cemented by their common troubles.
Forced to fight, the two men become part of an underground resistance movement fighting the aggressors and trying to come to grips with the atrocities they are forced to endure on a daily basis.
Finally, having exhausted all means of resistance, they are forced to surrender, with chilling consequences.
This story is purely fiction. But the events are taken right from the headlines of todays newspapers and given a “what if” twist by the author.
“What if” a power failure in 8 northwestern states was simply a test to see if it could be done?
“What if” NAFTA was not simply a way to open up trade with Mexico, but was instead another step on a predetermined course toward a unified One World Government?
“What if” the Brady bill was not simply a way to make it harder for criminals to obtain guns, but was instead the first of many small steps to strip away private gun ownership in America, thereby making it easier to strip away freedoms at a later date.
This book is not pro-militia, or anti-government. It is simply a story that will cause people to look a little different at the way our government is being run and to cause them to be a little more vigilant.
After all
“ETERNAL VIGILANCE IS THE PRICE OF LIBERTY"
