reasonable. the films were crap and the plane was very scruffy and old. Flight was one hour late and the TV's didnt work properly on G-OOOY. Apart from that, very good.

Without a doubt the best holiday airline. I've flown with them all, and AMM are so superior in every way. The staff are so friendly, it's like they know you personally. There is no superioity pretence like some airlines give you with their crew. Food is scrummy, I especially like the sausage and mash. Flew to Rhodes from EMA on A321 G-OOAJ, all Belfast crew. Fantastic flight. Would recommend it to anyone.

an airline which deserves to be redone!!!! absolutely rubbish flight from orlando to gatwick, we could have died on it. our knees needed medical attention after ther flight and the food was not even worthy for a animal!!!

Flew from Gatwick - Corfu on A321. Leg room was the worst i have experienced. Was also delayed for 4 hours outbound and 3 hours inbound. Won't fly with Air 2000 again.

Flew to Palma from Birmingham and back in October. Flight out was on G-000Y. Whilst I wouldn't question the 'planes safety it's interior is shabby and drab (see Chris's comments 30 July). Some panels on the side of the plane and below luggage lockers were loose and a diffuser was missing from the light above the window exposing the lighting tube. Otherwise flight and return on G-000A were very good.

Flew Stansted - Turin on an A320. Aircraft clean, cabin crew friendly. Didn't like the way you had to buy everything. Worst bit: 6 hour delay at Turin Airport(a horrible airport).

I have just travelled back from Cyprus(paphos)to Stansted and i must say i had a most uncomfortable flight. The fact is, there is simply not enough leg room for a 6' 1" man on your aircraft. I think you must agree that is not an unusual height for a man in this day and age. I was kneeing the person in the seat in front of me and was also constantly being kneed in the back from the passenger behind me.

Air 2000 overall were very good. I was very impressed with there timing. We landed 15 minutes early on outbound and 10 minutes on inbound. I flew from Birmingham - Mahon - Birmingham. I flew on the B767 - G-OOAN. The aircraft was clean and to a very high decor. I was in the main cabin and I must say the leg room was very good. The cabin crew on the outbound were a little bit better than the inbound. Due to our flight times we had batin rolls for our meal. The crews punctuality was very good. They were very quick with cabin sevices etc. The 767 main cabin had a seating congiguration of 2-4-2. The safety on the aircraft was brilliant. Air 2000 play excellent safety videos. Well done Air 2000!

I recently returned from tenerife having flown with Air2000. I have flown with them before and I wasn't looking foreward to it!! To my surprise though the flights were on time and the aircraft were clean and comfortable (except the legroom of course - we are not all tiny!) The cabin crew were friendly and informative and always happy to help you. The inflight entertainment was excellent however you do still have to purchase headsets. The meals on the otherhand were terrible. They don't seem to understand that some people do not like Thai Chicken and rice! So, i ended up with a packet of mini cheddars. I feel sorry for the people who had to pay £10 for their meals!! Other than that the flights were great and I would definately consider flying with air2000 in the future.
