Another marriage in Greene Co. was Benjamin F. who m. Elizabeth Ann Parrott, in 1866. Believe he might have been a brother, since both enlisted in the Vol. Army at Pennfield, Greene Co., on the same date, April, 1861.

At age 12, there was a Seaborn J. Barnwell, living with another family, in Jasper Co.,GA, going to school. And a Franklin, age 10, living with Wm. A. McDonald and wife, Sarah A. Barnwell, in Putnam Co., GA. This info from
another Barnwell researcher I found at the local LDS FHC, about 15 yrs. ago.
Inquiries I get from others most often are looking for a connection with "Tuskarora" John of SC. In my search I
have found no connection in SC.
