Robin Weaver and the search party

Robin Weaver's disappearance in 1886 kindled fears of the Blair Witch's return. This sentiment was heightened when a search party sent out to find her never returned. A second search party discovered the remains of the first party, ritualistically disemboweled and bound. Robin Weaver later returned home, safe and unharmed.
