Donrad & Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown
The legendary master of American music, Mr. Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown. What an honor it was to chat with "Gatemouth," and to meet this legendary musician. Blues Express show, San Francisco, CA, December 17, 1999.

Otis Rush & Donrad
Legendary blues guitarist Otis Rush and me hanging out in front of the On Broadway before the Blues Express show in San Francisco, CA December 18, 1999.

Donrad & Matt "Guitar" Murphy (Bobby Murray in background)
The infamous blues musician Matt "Guitar" Murphy, who most people know from the movie "The Blues Brothers." In the background is Etta James guitarist Bobby Murray. San Francisco, CA, December 16, 1999.

Donrad, Roy Gaines & Suzi Kriz
Roy Gaines is one of the most energetic performers you will ever see, and knows how to throw down the boogie! This man once played guitar in Billy Holidays' band, so I don't need to tell you that his accomplishments speak for themselves. Roy is also one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Suzi is an old friend of mine who worked as a Production Assiatant on the Blues Express show. Photo taken in San Francisco, CA December 16, 1999 by Eric Predoehl

Clarence "Filmore" Sims & Donrad
"Filmore" is the OG of blues. He plays a mean guitar and is a fasinating person to watch. It's unfortunate that more people don't know who he is. Photo taken in San Francisco, CA December 18, 1999.

Donrad & Frankie Lee
Frankie Lee is one of the smoothest blues singers around. If you ever get the chance to see him, by all means make it a priority. Frankie knows how to work a crowd, and hook you with his style! He's also a real joker when you meet him. Photo taken in San Francisco, CA December 16, 1999 by Eric Predoehl.
