You say "Hello" to the portrait. You grab a bottle of wine and a few glasses and talk to the portrait. You pick him up and hug him gently. You bring him by the fireplace and tell him how beautiful he looks today. The portrait ponders over your words for a moment and thinks about how great you would taste with a bit of salt. He quickly rids himself of this thought though and says "I love you." You both hug. The heat from the fireplace melts the paint from his face. You cry for a moment, and then continue on with your voyage.
