Creation of Armies: The founders of this club recognize that each player may hold a certain affectation for a certain state or army that took part in the Napoleonic wars.
For an army to be created:
1. The creator must meet the criteria to be an Army Commander.
2. The army created must have had land forces active during a period of the Napoleonic Wars (1805-1815).
3. The army created must have had a sovereign, even if that sovereign was in exile, held captive, or appointed by Napoleon.
4. The army created must have a true Order of Battle for any point during the Napoleonic Wars (1805-1815). The period chosen is at the Army Commander's discretion, and need not reflect any game currently in circulation.
