Hello and Welcome! You may wonder why this site is called Gecko da Lizard! Well, throughout my travels around the world I have found these little critters to be very interesting. They are indigenous to tropical climates as I feel I am because I love to go to places like that, who doesn't?! They clean up the bugs and I for one am not a big fan of bugs! They make very interesting noises at night but are very shy.
While I was living in Singapore, I met one gecko purely by accident as he/she was hopping out of the fridge. Now that gecko had to have been in there all night and might have been happy to be free or not (if you know the weather in Singapore - very hot!!) Well as he was a typical gecko, our meeting was brief for he scurried off to a dark corner and disappeared. Another time, on one of my trips to Hawaii, I spotted this little guy/gal peering out at me from a weaving hung on the wall in the house I was visiting. I think this one was thinking how strange I was staring at him while I was thinking the same about it.
Anyway these lizards are harmless to humans and are cute (as cute as a lizard can be!) They are not very big and come in many different colours. Well I won't bore you with any more details. If you would like to know more about my little friend the gecko, in the future, you can just click on the lizard beside this paragraph (but the page is not ready yet - sorry). I should have it up soon so please come back and have a look!
I have a number of interests which include music, reading, golf and, of course, computers. I believe that you are here because you have some of the same interests. Trying to feed my interests is not always easy because stores do not always have what I am looking for. However, I have found a solution to my problems via the internet and I thought I would share the solution with you!
I have a couple links that you just might be interested in. Please take the time to look both of these links (it won't take too long):
