The Shorin-Ryu Karate Academy schools are members of the International Shorin-Ryu Karate Association, a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization, under the guidance and supervision of sensei MITTY We study the Seibukan style of Shorin-Ryu karate. Our schools are located in Calicut,Kottayam,Mavelikara,Cochin and Dubai.
The Shorin-Ryu Karate Academy of Regional engg college is led by Sensei Mitty who has achieved Assistant Instructor certification and most recently his 4th Degree Black Belt promotion. Sensei mitty is assisted by Sensei shyam kumar, 2nd Degree Black Belt.
The school is run through the Department of Physical education and meets twice a week at College AUDITORIUM. Adult classes are held for students typically Non-residents are welcome. For more information, contact the GPAD at (0495) 897287 .
