THE HIGHEST COMPENSATION, THE SIMPLEST PLAN
Most network marketing companies claim to have a payout ranging from 35 to 50 percent on wholesale sales, but only pay out a portion of this percentage. One of the most lucrative in the industry, ShapeRite's Compensation Plan consistently pays Distributors the entire 54 percent budgeted for commissions on wholesale sales. Distributors can choose their level of participation according to personal objectives--part-time, selling the products to earn supplemental income, or full-time, working toward financial independence and personal wealth.

EASY ADVANCEMENT, IMMEDIATE EARNINGS
ShapeRite's Compensation Plan also provides for easy advancement from one level to the next. Once a Distributor reaches a position within ShapeRite, they maintain that position throughout their relationship with the Company. Distributors only need to achieve $100 in Personal Volume each month to remain active within the organization. Everyone is paid on a monthly basis.

RECOGNITION AND REWARDS
ShapeRite offers its Distributors several incentives in addition to financial pay--such as recognition and luxury trips. To show ShapeRite's deep appreciation for Distributors, it utilizes every opportunity to recognize accomplishments through such vehicles as a company magazine, conventions, a voice mail system, and training meetings. Distributors also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of contests to win prizes--ranging from fax and copy machines to Jaguars and luxurious fully paid vacations to exotic destinations such as the Caribbean and Hawaii.

DISTRIBUTOR SUPPORT
ShapeRite provides all of the support Distributors need to run their businesses. This includes customer service, accounting, distribution, and marketing support. ShapeRite has also designed a national training program that focuses on developing leadership qualities in Distributors at every level of achievement, as well as teaching the most effective business techniques. In addition, Distributors can receive support from their sponsors and other members of their upline who will assist them along their way to success.

THE DIRECT SELLING ASSOCIATION
ShapeRite supports its Distributors as a member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA). A national trade association, the DSA represents 151 progressive companies that manufacture and distribute goods and services sold directly to consumers. It promises to "protect, serve, and promote the effectiveness of member companies and the independent business people it represents," and to "ensure that the marketing by member companies of products and/or the direct sales opportunity is conducted with the highest level of business ethics and services consumers." The DSA estimates that 1995 U.S. Direct Sales is $17.94 billion and the number of sales people is over 7.2 million. Worldwide Direct Sales in 1996 is estimated at $74.90 billion with over 20 million sales people.

Easy and immediate advancement.
A Distributor has two consecutive calendar months-rather than just one month-to achieve a higher level. This helps to eliminate inventory overload and doesn't require anyone to start over after a month of hard work. As soon as one achieves a higher level, they can start earning at that level regardless of what day of the month the new position is achieved.

Low entry fee.
Becoming an Advisor requires only a minimum start-up fee-$49.95, which includes the cost of the Distributor Kit. ShapeRite requires only a monthly personal order of $100 at wholesale price to qualify for receiving bonuses, commissions, and rebates.

Accurate bonus reporting.
Because Distributors order directly through the corporate office, Bonus Volumes are reported accurately.
