A good topical analgesic cream that can address this problem very effectively should contain the following ingredients. Histamine Dihydrochloride A very powerful vasodilator. Increases blood flow to partially immobilized joints; helps bring nutrients needed for healing.Vitamin E is an antioxidant. Recent research indicates that Vitamin E can prolong life by protecting us from the ravages of free radicals.
