Alien Shores Snail mail finally delivered my notice of selection on April 13, 2000 you can see the letter at the very bottom of the page I got news on March 21 from the Arts Council I belong to that one of the pieces I submitted for the annual juried show was selected to hang. I was supposed to have that little tid bit of information at the beginning of February. Snail mail conspired against proper notice and a very kind person at the Council called me the day the show was opening to inquire why I wasn't at the show hanging the night previous. After much scrambling around I managed to get the piece at least dry mounted so it could hang in the show.
