Either Shirt had taken a great dislike to What Shop, or it was just the fact that he couldn't be bothered to buy anything pre-Pertwee, that meant he, again, opted out of a celebrity signing of The Edge of Destruction & The Pilot Episode video - by none other than Verity Lambert!

Course, he still gave Chalky a couple of items for signing - never one to miss a free lunch, is Shirt.

In terms of signings, this was run of the mill. Chalky and Dufus met a new friend in the queue, who for now we will call Spikey, and Miss Lambert happily signed their items (although she did look a little lost and overwhelmed by all the attention).

However, it was the occurrences after that really marked this day in the history books.

Chalky and Dufus decided to venture up to 7th Galaxy after the signing, to pass on information about What Shop.

Oops!

"We think they've got Peter Purves on the 3rd," said Chalky.

"Grrrrr," said Big Ted.

"Have you got Infidel's Comet?" asked Chalky.

"No. Have they?" replied Big Ted.

"Yes." mumbled Chalky.

"Grrrrrr," said Big Ted.

Big Ted and Humpty stomped off.

"Oops. Have we upset the apple cart?" asked Chalky of Little Ted.

"No. It's not you. It's them." Little Ted proceeded to explain recent events (which for the sake of legal action will be kept under our proverbial hats).

"Ah." said Chalky.

Chalky and Dufus left 7th Galaxy wondering about the things they had heard.

It was true that both of them had been treated rudely by the other establishment. It was true that they preferred the happy, warm and friendly atmosphere of 7th Galaxy.

Boycott?

Maybe. (But only until someone really famous turned up).
