1998 saw AOL take over Netscape to emerge as the new competitor to Microsoft's dominance. 1999 saw KhabarIG taking over Eyes Spice to emerge as IG Explorer4.0: the new No.1 Sleaze channel of the IG community.

Following a written mail from Eyes Spice to KhabarIG, the take over bid was signed over a 16-bit encrypted multi-million dollar transaction. (Apparently the figure quoted was the amount needed for the scholarship bond breakage for all scholars.
This follows a 3 month long hibernation period for Eyes Spice, showing clearly that Eyes Spice is getting too old for the dynamic sleaze market.

IG4 (as the two beneficiaries call this new merger affectionately) will be upgraded to IG2000 following the release of Windows2000(if it is called so) or to IG5 (if Windows NT 5.0 is released). Anyway, whats in a name?

Contrary to Eyes Spice and KhabarIG IG4 will have more bugs and might cause more problems to the IG affairs, as it promises to report not just what happened but use superior neural network algos and AI technology to predict what will happen!
