Indiana College of Clinical Pharmacy Presents:

“Advancements in the Management of Invasive Fungal Infections”

Who should attend this program?  Clinical pharmacists and other healthcare providers interested in learning more about the epidemiology and treatment of invasive fungal infections.

 Goals and Objectives

 1. Review the prevalence of fungal pathogens causing invasive fungal infections in hospitalized patients.

 2. Discuss the risk factors for the development of invasive fungal infections in hospitalized patients.

 3. Review clinical studies involving newer antifungal agents in the treatment and prophylaxis of invasive fungal infections in hospitalized patients.
 

Continuing Education Credit:

The American College of Clinical Pharmacy is approved by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmaceutical education.  All pharmacists who sign the attendance roster and participate in the program will receive 1 hour (0.1 CEU) of continuing education credit.
