Zhineng Qigong consists of three forms (Static Form, Dynamic Form and Spontaneous Form)
and three stages (External Hunyuan, Internal Hunyuan and Central Hunyuan.)
Each form consists of a few Steps to reach a required level and undergoes the
above-mentioned three stages, respectively.
Zhineng Qigong is a new Qigong (Chi Gong, Chi Kung, Qi Gong) of the open type, it is easy to learn and effective
to heal, good for both the ill and the healthy, both the old and the young.
