Titusville Jaycees Sign The Titusville Jaycees built the sign for the clubhouse in 1999. The members actually constructed, painted, and installed the sign. This process took several weeks to accomplish, and the final step was the landscaping around the sign. Members brought flowers and plants, and Carl brought a truck load of mulch. We have decided that Carl needs a taller truck (NOT) Region 9 Director, Eileen, happened to visit the Titusville Chapter that date, and brought some Awards with her for the hard working members.
