This picture was taken after Jeff left the IKKA and he, along with Bryan Hawkins and others, formed the UKS (United Kenpo Systems) organization. I, for one, was sad to see him go, however, people have to make their own decisions for there own reasons. This picture was also taken in Woonsocket, Rhode Island at Woonsocket Fitness and Self Defense. Note that Jeff was, at that time, a 5th degree in this photograph. It's always a pleasure working with him and he went over some interesting aspects of grafting some of the various Kenpo techniques. Eventually, Jeff would leave the UKS and form his own organization.
