As part of the CPD North Region Office located at Warren Park, daily activities include answering and forwarding employee calls; answering public telephone inquiries and comoplaints regarding park programs and facilities; as well as e-mailing and faxing program information.
Human resource duties include posting weekly job listing updates; handling employment applications and reviewing them before accepting completed applications; copying distributing human resource form packets to new employees, and reviewing completed ones.
Administrative duties include alphabetizing 500+ monthly, hourly, full-time or seasonal employee bi-monthly timesheets and human resource forms; maintaining seasonal and full-time employee database for labeling folders; helping to distribute regional office mail, voice messages and faxes; operating public reception area; trouble-shooting computer issues and proofreading marketing information.
