HISTORY

The SW6 Legionnaires are duplicates of the pre-boot Legion of Super-Heroes. They are exact copies of the Legion when they were young, with a few exceptions. Triad is one of the exceptions. She has bi-colored eyes like her post-boot version and she also has three bodies with different personalities even though she was duplicated from a time when her predecessor had only two, that each had the same personalities. The SW6 Legionnaires also took on different names to make them unique from their cloned predecessors.

Triad's specially designed Legionnaire uniform splits with her and colorfully identifies her three personas: "Orange" Triad is a nice "girl-next-door" type, easy to talk to and to confide in; "White" Triad is insecure, lacks self-confidence and suffers from many phobias; and "Purple" Triad is a fun-loving "party girl" who loves to get herself and her other bodies in trouble. In her unified state, Triad largely displays the traits of the well-adjusted "Orange" Triad, although Lu is very emotionally vulnerable and shy. She is prone to secret crushes on some of her male teammates (most notably the time-lost twentieth century hero, Valor), however her insecurities prevent her from discussing any of her largely unrequited loves, even with her girlfriends, Shrinking Violet and Apparition.

POWERS AND SKILLS

Triad has the natural Cargggite power to split into three version of herself. Although reluctant to use her skills, Lu is an excellent hand-to-hand combatant, specializing in the Cargggite martial art of Tri-jitsu. Lu also occasionally accompanies the Legionnaires Espionage Squad missions.
