A Note to Webpage Builders -- from DeeDeeQ

In this age of html editor programs like Front Page Express and quick page options on sites like Tripod, you no longer need to know HTML in order to have your own webpage. In fact I use FrontPage all the time -- you didn't REALLY think I sit here programming everything from scratch, did you? :) That would be a big waste of my time, and yours too. But if you are interested in learning about what's really making your page look like it does, then these pages are for you, too.

I hear someone out there saying, "But if I have FrontPage, what do I need to read this stuff for?" And technically, you don't. You can go along your merry way without ever knowing one scrap of html. But since html IS what makes pages look the way they do, knowing more about how it works is always helpful, I think.
