Whenever I leave my dog alone at home, she eats the house, and make such a mess, why does she do that?
Dogs are friendly animals. They love action, mostly not because they want to be a part of it, just because the watching at it, make them want to join. A dog would like to be in side the action, unless he is sick. When guests will come to the house, hell be the first one to welcome them, with barking and jumping; he doesn't like to be left alone. The loneliness is not a natural situation, and its boring. Dogs that lives with other people learn that whenever they are bored, they have to find something else that will keep them busy. Most of the dogs love attention. When the dog is being left alone, he gets worried and his panic makes him destructive. His acting is not because he wants to hurt you for what you did to him, he does it just out of his bad feelings. Before you go, dont pet your dog, you may leave her few toys that might make her busy, and you can leave the TV or the radio open, it might help her get over that hard time.Back to Top

Why do dogs bury bones? Dogs berry bones long got from the prehistory. Dog s did it then, because not always they had food, so they berries the food in the dirt, and when ever they were hungry, they got back to that place to dig it out. The dog dont really have a reason to do this, but some dogs just feel that if they owner eats, then they should to, so they watch their hidden food until theyll be hungry enough to dig it out. How can I make sure that I wont lose my dog when he goes out for his walk alone? First, it is very bad that you send your dog alone out side. When your dog goes out side by it self, he can end him self on the side of the road. Or at the kidnapper, that thought that it might be nice to have a dog, especially if your dog is a pure breed or even to get into a dog fight, and hell wont make it home. There are few ways to make sure you won' loose your dog; you never let him go out by him self, second- you can buy your dog an information tag. On that tag you have a place to put your dogs name, your phone number and address. Its not good to write the dogs name because if a person takes your dog, and the dog will see that this person knows his name, he might get friendly with him, and wont try to get back home. I cant give my dog her medicine, what should I do? Many dogs have this problem with the medicine that they must have. If its after a disease of something like it. There is an easy way, by putting the medicine inside a small piece of food. Most of the dogs will eat it this way. If not, you open your dogs mouth throw the medicine in, and then you close you dogs mouth. make sure you dont close it on its tong, that might hurt and the next time you dog wont trust you. After few times, your dog might even take the medicine by it self, just to make sure you wont do the same thing that you did last time. Good luck!
