SOVACS
    For the larger operations Roscher has built the Sovac.  These machines are suitable for six different applications:

    Some of the details include: automatic charging via vacuum suction, no turning drum as only the paddles turn which gives a gentle massaging motion and no freezing to the sides of the machine, shorter cycle times (up tp 50% depending on the product), east to clean and minimal gas consumption due to the use of bottom injection as opposed to our competitors which use top injection.  Microprocessor controlled, load cells, easy discharge of product, make this equipment the leader of the industry.
    Sizes range from 1800 to 10,000 litre capacity.
