He was sent by Seele to begin the destructive Third Impact. He befriended Mousse when
he first arrives. Like Mousse, he is also a product of biogenetic engineering. Unlike
Mousse, he knows his purpose. Also, he allows himself to die so that humanity may save
itself. He tells Mousse to kill him.
